the green hornet di Michel Gondry
The Green Hornet (dal serial radiofonico americano degli anni 30) è tanto lontano dal cliché del Dark Knight faces serious internal troubles or childhood trauma as the genetic revolution that disrupt life and make the tough love: Britt Reid is a carefree scion who leads a hedonistic life and light-party where the only upset about the pursuit of happiness through collections (of girls and popularity) and breakfast (prepared as God commands).
can breathe a sigh of relief ... finally there is nothing serious in this hero who has many faults but not the most stupid common to all super heroes, or be good and blackmail: his mission is not serious, the principles are those of a bore surface that makes and collegiate Justice hedonist and a hobby, starting with the name "Green Hornet", is not serious its genesis, the result of random Kato, the mechanic / butler Chinese fan of Bruce Lee (in the television series The Green Hornet 60 years Kato was played by Lee's own), a meeting generated in turn from the mere whim of an apologist for the perfect cappuccino.
The crackling of the initial face to face James Franco - who does not appear in the credits - and the very good and very bad Christoph Waltz is a preview of irony and parody that anticipates a story written and performed in by an intelligent and amazing stesso attore protagonista Seth Rogen ( Strafumati, Funny People ) e messa abilmente in scena dal francese Michel Gondry ( Eternal Sunshine, Be kind rewind ) che qui ha il talento di sparire, perché senza essere invasivo mette la propria poetica “artigianale” al servizio dei mezzi immensi della produzione americana e a sostegno delle idee geniali di un autore/attore originale e incontenibile,
insomma Gondry dà cuore e anima al caos lasciandolo magicamente scorrere fluido e compatto e trasformando il guazzabuglio prolisso del super-anti-eroe ricco e cretino in un film di 2 ore molto divertente.
